Summer in Germany with Two Worlds United
TWO WORLDS UNITED long term (10 to 12 month) exchange applications and interviews generally take place 10 months in advance of departure, but sometimes as little as four months, depending on the date when the student applied. Age requirements for TWO WORLDS UNITED students are between 15 and 19.
Students attending TWO WORLDS UNITED semester and academic year programs need to submit immunization records to the main office by May 25th. These records are included in the visa application requirements. Other health records are due by June 25th, including physical exam forms. Act now in order to get your doctors appointment scheduled in advance, as there may not be a readily available appointment for a physical exam.
Medical Forms and Immunization records for participants attending the Summer 2010 programs, 2010 Fall Semester program, and 2010 Academic Year programs are due and need to be returned to the office by May 10th.
Participants completing the full application remember to write your host letter in German!

Each Summer Two Worlds United welcomes high school students to beautiful Germany. As a Two Worlds United student in Germany you’ll visit the most famous sites as well as some of the lesser known but extraordinary sites. Weekday mornings are spent in German language courses and allow beginners as well as intermediate and advanced level students to gain language skills during the stay.

Two Worlds United offers partial scholarships are from $250 up to $1200. Qualified students may apply based on criteria which may include: academic grade point average, financial need, number and level of courses attempted in high school, rank in class, and information included on the International Awareness Scholarship application. Each scholarship is based upon meeting the individual scholarship requirements and the application competition.
After applying with the preliminary application, you will receive your Two Worlds United Full Application Form and a Scholarship Application Form. Please keep in mind that applications are handled as first come – first serve basis, so the sooner you apply the better chances to get a better destination city, and placement.
